Sign Up for Douglas New Year Day Dip

Once again, Breast Cancer Now, volunteering in the Isle of Man, have teamed up with Beach Buddies to raise money for both causes.  Find out more about the work Beach Buddies do here.

For Health & Safety reasons, in order to take part in the New Year’s Douglas Dip, you must sign up.  This can best be done using our online sign up form (but you can also complete a paper entry form on the day).

Please aim to meet at the Promenade Pavilion opposite the Queen’s Pub (see map below) for 12:30am onwards and if you have signed up online, then just let us know your name at the sign in area.

Please note a change for this year: With the Coastguard in attendance we feel wristbands are no longer required and this will speed up the sign on process.

Marshals (in pink hi-vis vests) will be on hand to help you register for the dip and for your safety on the day. The Dip is weather-dependant, so an announcement will be made on local radio if the dip is going ahead or not (this information will also be posted on our website/Facebook page/Twitter etc on the morning of the 1st Jan).
